UNISON FUND Individuals experiencing a crisis situation can speak to a counselor immediately by calling 1-855-9UNISON (1-855-986-4766).
  • If asked for your employer, simply say “Unison Fund” – this helps TELUS Health identify your access to services.
Although TELUS Health refers to this as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Unison extends it to all registered members. So when you hear “employer,” it just means you’re part of Unison.
  • Counselling services are available in both English and French, in addition to the option of 250 additional languages and dialects through advanced translation services provided by LanguageLine Solutions.  
  • This service is also fully prepared to serve hearing-impaired clients through Telephone Devices for the Deaf (TTY) and a variety of online modalities.
